The T&Cs
1. By leaving your contract early or cancelling scheduled works will invalidate any rewards claimed. The receivers of the awards will be required to cover all the costs of any awards received from Access All Cleaning Ltd.
2. All discounts applied are before VAT. VAT is added after promotional discount have been applied to the invoice of works.
3. Discounts will be applied on the first contract invoice for works completed.
4. Commercial window cleaning program the minimum spend is capped at £500.00 before VAT per contract.
5. 20% off for all new clients, to receive the 20% just join via the website. once we have completed a site visit the quote will have a 20% adjustment deducted from the works total before Vat is added. This offer is valid for one clean per site, after this we will find a loyalty program that fits your business needs.
6. Project works Minimum spend, to qualify for the 5% discount the project cost must meet the £2,500 cap before VAT. 5% discount is adjusted before VAT is charged.
7. Anchor testing covers load & pull testing only, this doesn’t cover any perishable parts. All additional works/replacement parts to the system required will be quoted to the client, a quote will be issued before any additional works can be completed. All agreed cleaning maintenance appointment's must be completed in order to receive the free anchor testing a minimum of two cleans or ones maintenance visit per year is required.
8. Cancelling your contract requires 30 days notice, cancellation is free unless the cancellation of contracted works fall within 7 days of scheduled appointment time. In this case the contracting company will be required to pay for the broken scheduled appointment time including VAT.
9. Discounts can not be used together (only one per job)
10. Discounts may be used by the same client on multiple jobs or contracts.
11. Vat is aways added after applied discounts.
12. Access All Cleaning Ltd has the right to withdraw/amend offers at anytime without any prior notice.
